Projects and Preparation The wet Summer is now behind us as we look forward to Fall and Winter. Before we know it, Spring will be back and we can start diggin' in the dirt again. With all the rain, our new 15,000 sqft greenhouse project won't be completed until Summer of 2019. You can see the beginning of the GH project with the foundation wall, but we haven't been able to keep it dry enough to grade and pour the floor. We planned for this possibility and moved forward with Plan B.
We are completing several of our other 2018 projects:
Renovation of 30x96 with in-floor heated concrete, new twin-wall polycarbonate covering and new digital controller. This will be our most efficient, energy saving greenhouse for overwintering plants.
New concrete floor with trench drains in 42x165 greenhouse. This will help us in our pest and disease prevention, provide a heat sink for energy savings, and make it easier to move carts around.
Replaced twin-wall polycarbonate panels on side walls of 63x96 greenhouse. We still need to do the end walls but you can see the difference. This will provide more light for the plants.
We are excited for 2019...we will have a lot of new varieties available in our Garden Center along with new larger container offerings. See you all soon and have a wonderful Fall/Winter.
Growing Mix and Compost are now available in the 3B's: Bucket, Bags, or Batch/Bulk See Growing Mix and Compost page for details or give us a call.

We are a retail and wholesale grower/nursery of certified organic plants. We are committed to providing the highest quality, strongest, and healthiest certified organic plants available. It is our belief that if we make it easier for home gardeners to have success with their gardening experience, they are more likely to continue gardening - especially organically. That is why we use our own formulated growing mix, take extra measures to strengthen the plants, and provide support should any questions arise.
If we could convert more gardens to organic and help new gardeners get a great start, it would be a tremendous benefit to the environment we live in. That is why we are working hard to ensure you, the gardener, has success when you garden organically.
